He studied Music Composition at the Superior School of Music and the Master degree in Music Technology at the National School of Music, both in Mexico City. He has participated in several courses and festivals in Mexico and abroad.
He was invited to the 2nd. Takefu International Music Festival in 2002, and was given the 2nd. prize at the 1st. International Composition Competition for Symphonic Orchestra in France in 2004, organized by the European Festivals of Youth Orchestras (Eurochestries). He was granted a scholarship as a young composer by FONCA in 2007.
Now, he is part of ITESM Santa Fe teaching staff.
His music has been performed in Mexico and other countries, and he has promoted his own music through concerts organized and sponsored by himself, with the participacion of Signos Ensemble, Tempus Fugit Ensemble, Túumben Paax Vocal Ensemble, Symphonic Metal Group Exsecror Vecordia, and several soloists.
In his works, there is a constant search of austerity by using a reduced number of elements and electronic experimentation. It will only change the way they relate to each other, all this in the context of contemporary music language.
